Voting is underway with 26.7% participation as of this afternoon, December 5. Spirit AFA Reps have been in crew rooms or other high traffic airport areas this week to get your questions answered! We’ll be there through the close of the vote.
Additionally, AFA representatives have begun texting eligible voters or those who could become eligible to remind people to vote and help answer any questions about the voting process.

If the agreement is ratified and it is effective on January 1, 2026, will we still be paid our 200% Holiday Pay for working on December 25th and our 1.5 for hours worked over 85 in December?
Yes! If ratified, the current contract remains in full effect through December 31, 2025.
If we are acquired by another company, are we guaranteed a recall?
No, a merger will not automatically change the furlough situation. What it will do is trigger our scope and successor contractual language and we will preserve the rights of these Flight Attendants.
I did receive my ballot over the weekend and lost it. Is there a way for me to vote online or can another one be sent to me before the end of voting?
Yes! You can request a new activation code if you haven’t received your ballot in the mail or if you won’t be home before voting closes. Request a new activation code here.
I've been trying to figure out how to change my address. I changed it with the company, but it has not been updated with AFA. How do I do that?
