Crew Resources

The Crew Resources Committee advocates for fair, safe, and transparent scheduling practices for all Flight Attendants, including both line holders and those on reserve. The committee focuses on improving work schedules to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while promoting reasonable flight hours, proper rest periods, and flexibility that supports work-life balance and reduces fatigue. Working closely with airline management, the committee addresses scheduling concerns, participates in line build, and advocates for improvements to reserve utilization and assignment processes. Through a focus on transparency, predictability, and accountability, the Crew Resources Committee works to ensure scheduling practices support Flight Attendant well-being, safety, and operational effectiveness.

Our Reserve Periods

  • Reserve A

    Flight Attendants assigned to Reserve A must be available for notification from 0001-1000.

    Reserve A will appear on your FCView or Crewline schedule as RVA.

    Reserve A will appear in the monthly bid packet as R1.

    Flight Attendants assigned to Reserve B must be available for notification from 0401-1400.

    Reserve B will appear on your FCView or Crewline schedule as RVB.

    Reserve B will appear in the monthly bid packet as R2.

    Flight Attendants assigned to Reserve C must be available for notification from 0701-1700.

    Reserve C will appear on your FCView or Crewline schedule as RVC.
