Shareholder Voting News

Fellow Spirit Flight Attendants,

As you may or may not have heard, the final vote by the shareholders today is that the Frontier merger is off. At this time, we do not have any further information. Although we anticipate receiving more information in the next few days, we always recommend that it is best not to speculate on what may or may not happen. Regardless of what transpires in the future, please remember that AFA will always ensure that the interest of all Flight Attendants is paramount in any situation that we may encounter.
